• Once the order is successfully made, no refund will be made unless Joyfood fails to deliver the product(s) or there is (are) any problem with the product(s).

• If the ordered product(s) is out of stock, customers can choose to wait for the next shipment or request for a full refund.

• If the customer finds that there is any problem after receiving the product(s), the customer may return the goods within 3 days upon receiving the product(s). Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 3 days upon receiving the product(s).
